Blueberry Banana Grape Smoothie

When fresh berries were out in the market, I like to make this smoothie featuring fresh organic blueberries. It makes a perfect breakfast along with the Ragsticks (or any hard bread you can easily find in any Nordic supermarket) and lingonberry jam. The additional açaí berry powder makes it an extraordinarily powerful anti-oxidant drink, which helps you look and feel younger. 😉
Kitchen Gadgets: Blender
Ingredients
- ¼ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2 medium sized banana
- ½ cup red grape juice
- ½ tsp açaí berry powder (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything into the blender and blend well.
